Seeing I began my conspiracy theory about Harry and Meghan, I’ll continue with the mystery behind Princess Diana’s “accident.” Many of you know the details of the crash. Shortly after midnight, Diana and Dodi Fayed left the Ritz in Paris (which his father Mohammed Al- Fayad owned) by a back entrance, heading for an apartment in Paris owned by the family. They were traveling in a black Mercedes limousine. Henri Paul, the deputy head of security at the hotel was the driver and Trevor Rees-Jones, one of Mohamed Al -Fayad security, sat in the passenger side in the front seat. As they left the hotel, with Princess Diana and Dodi Fayed in the back, some members of the press started following them.
The narrative says that the limo was traveling at a high speed in order to lose the paparazzi when Paul apparently lost control of the car as it entered the Place de l’Alma tunnel. It swerved across the road and crashed head-on into a concrete pillar, then spun around and went backward into the wall of the tunnel.
Dodi Fayed and Henri Paul were pronounced dead at the scene. Diana and Trever Rees-Jone both survived the initial crash, but both had serious injuries. Diana died later that night. Rees-Jones survived.
The initial reports were that the press cars had been responsible for the accident. It was later established that the press cars were too far behind the limousine to cause the accident. To substantiate this accident, it was revealed that:
- Henri Paul was traveling at a high speed to avoid the paparazzi
- He was found to have alcohol and prescription medication in his bloodstream
- None of the occupants of the limo were wearing seatbelts.
Case closed –An unfortunate accident. Or is it???
- Traces of white paint were found on the Mercedes after the crash.
- Several witnesses saw a Fiat Uno in the tunnel.
- Despite an intensive effort by French police to find the white Fiat, it has never been found.
Mohammed Al-Fayad (Dodi’s Father) has stated on many occasions that he believes the British Secret Service M16 were involved . He is strongly committed to his theory that this was no accident. Al-Fayad claims:
- Diana and Dodi were planning on getting engaged.
- Diana was pregnant with Dodi’s child at the time of her death.
- Henri Paul had been involved with M16.
- The prospect of Diana marrying an Egyptian Muslim caused the British Royal Family such severe embarrassment that they wanted to “get rid of her.”
What are my thoughts? Accidents happen. But this one was far too convenient. Let’s look at some additional information:
In August 1996, two months after Queen Elizabeth II urged the couple to divorce, the prince and princess reached a final agreement. She received a generous settlement, the right to retain her apartment at Kensington Palace and her title of “Princess of Wales.” Many members of the Royal Family have resided at Kensington Palace. It is also is a beautiful tourist attraction. If Diana had not died and married Dodi Fayad, do you think this would have been a tad bit awkward?
Further, only one year after the divorce, Diana was well on her way to achieving her dream of becoming “a queen in people’s hearts” but was killed. Now Charles would never have to be compared to this beautiful Princess and was free to marry Camilla.
If Diana had given birth to Fayad’s child, the future King of England, Prince William, would have a half- brother and stepfather who was Muslim. This would not bode well with the Royals.
My conclusion: I remain suspect to this being an accidental death. Hey, maybe Harry shares my theory and that’s why he left England. For my doubters, “Never say Never!”
